Shipping

We offer Economy Shipping within the United States. Your order will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days and will be delivered between 5 to 8 days, depending on the selected service and your location.  Your order may arrive on weekends. Please look out for delivery notifications through your email or SHOP app. At times, we will offer free shipping promotions. Please sign up for our email list in our Homepage or FAQ section to stay updated on new promotions.

Returns

We would like you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, we accept returns of unused and unopened Beautéjaponica products. Please send us your returns within 10 days after the item has been delivered. To start a return, you can submit your return request through our Contact Us page.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in original packaging. We are not responsible for damages or lost shipments of return items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition we will not be able to accept your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
